The Policy+ Service delivers high‑quality organisational documents supported by practical guidance to implement, use, and maintain those documents effectively.

Drafting & Structure

Policy+ includes the drafting or redrafting of agreed documents that are:

  • Tailored to the organisation’s size, context, and risk profile.
  • Aligned with relevant legislative and good‑practice expectations.
  • Written in clear, plain language for the intended audience.

Each document typically includes:

  • A clear purpose and scope.
  • Defined roles and responsibilities.
  • High‑level requirements or expectations.

The focus is on fit‑for‑purpose documents that are usable.

Customisation & Alignment

As part of drafting, Policy+ ensures documents are:

  • Aligned with existing organisational frameworks.
  • Consistent with other related documents.
  • Appropriately scoped to avoid duplication.

This prevents disconnection within the wider document suite.

Guide to Implementation

Policy+ provides written, high‑level guidance to support implementation of documents, which may include:

  • Communicating documents to staff and stakeholders.
  • Integrating documents into induction, training, or internal communications.
  • Clarifying what documents do and do not cover.

This guidance is general and proportionate, supporting understanding and uptake without extending into detailed operational procedures or training delivery.

Policy+ Customers

Policy+ supports our customers in proactive risk mitigation by helping identify and address compliance and governance risks early through clear, fit‑for‑purpose policies.
By putting strong foundations in place and maintaining them over time, reducing the likelihood of costly legal disputes, investigations, or post‑incident fixes after things have gone wrong.

Religious Organisations

 Services Providers

Revision Cycles

Organisational policies/documents are living documents and should be reviewed regularly to remain effective, compliant, and fit for purpose.

As part of the Policy+ Service, we recommend that each policy or document is reviewed:

  • Every 2–3 years, or
  • Earlier if there are material legislative, regulatory, or operational changes affecting your organisation

Policy reviews are charged from $189.00 + GST per document, depending on:

  • The scope of the review required
  • The extent of any legislative or operational changes
  • Whether substantive updates or redrafting are needed

We will confirm the scope and cost of any review work before proceeding.
